Reenactment of Resignation of Wilmington Stamp Master

Re-enactors Compatriots Dr. Doug DeGroote, Gary O. Green and C. Gene Funderburk of the Lower Cape Fear Chapter SAR joined with The Stamp Defiance Chapter of the North Carolina Society of the Daughters of the American Revolution to force the resignation of Dr. William Houston, played by Jennifer Terry-Baker, during events commemorating the 250th anniversary of the rebellion in downtown Wilmington. The attached picture shows Dr. Houston (Jennifer Terry-Baker) writing his resignation as concerned citizens (Dr. Doug Degroote, Lt Col Gary O. Green and Lower Cape Fear Chapter VP C. Gene Funderburk) assure the document is properly prepared.
