In a recent BSA Court of Honor, Eagle Scout Collin M. Harris, Troop 144, Tar River District, East Carolina Council was awarded the SAR Eagle Scout Recognition Certificate by Halifax Resolves Chapter President C. Kenith Wilson. The certificate recognized Harris “For outstanding achievement and exceptional leadership and citizenship evidenced by his attainment of the rank of Eagle Scout.”
