Halifax Resolves Compatriot J. Rives Manning attended the Court of Honor for Eagle Scout Aaron Robert Boone of Troop 605, Occoneechee District, East Carolina Council.  Compatriot Manning presented Boone with the SAR Eagle Scout Recognition Certificate “For outstanding achievement and exceptional leadership and citizenship evidenced by his attainment of the rank of Eagle Scout.”
