On May 13^th, at the bi-monthly meeting of the Sons of the American Revolution (SAR), New Bern Chapter, Robert R. Shuck, of New Bern, was installed as its newest Chapter member.  Robert’s “Patriot Ancestor” is Solomon Burroughs, who lived in Standly County, North Carolina and served as a Private during in the American Revolutionary War.
