Halifax Resolves Chapter member Ken Wilson was recently asked to speak to the 8th grade Social Studies students at Chaloner MS about Halifax during the Revolutionary War.  Wilson informed the students of the importance of the town as an unofficial capitol of the colony, the role of training troops and the arsenal at Halifax while dressed as a member of the local militia.  The program was presented to the classes in two sessions.
